“Fabricspa” is a trademark of Jyothy Fabricare Services Limited, a company incorporated under Companies Act,1956 with its registered office at Ujala House, Ramkrishna Mandir Road, Kindivita, Andheri [ E ], 400059 and having it corporate office at #903, North Block, Rear Wing,Manipal Centre, Dickenson Road, Bengaluru, 560042.
- In case anything goes wrong with the garments during the process and got delivered, customer can raise complaint with photos of the garments to firstname.lastname@example.org or call customer care 46644664 or though “Fabricspa” APP/Website.
- The cloth(s) will be again picked up from customer and reprocess and deliver back.
- If still issues were not solved, amount paid by customer shall be refunded back.
- If the customer has paid though payment gateway refund shall be initiated within 7 – 10 working days from the date customer agreed for complaint resolution.
- However, 15 working days would require in case payment made other than through payment gateways.
- Customer needs to escalate to customer care though call 46644664 or through APP/Website or write to us on email@example.com while transacting in “Fabricspa” APP/Website if any wrong/multiple payments are made.
- Upon verification, extra amount shall be refunded back within 10 working days from the date of intimation.
- Refund amount shall be in only Indian Rupees.
- If any garments gone damaged during the process, Fabricspa’s liability for compensation shall be restricted to 10 times of the service charge or Rs.3000 (Rupees Three Thousand Only) whichever is lesser.
- It is acknowledged and agreed that notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Company shall not be liable, under any circumstances if complaints are raised after 100 days from the date of delivery.
